We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Here’s what you can do:

- Have your order number ready when contacting customer service.
- We cannot guarantee changes to orders after 24 hours of placement. This is because orders may be processed once received

We offer a 30-day return policy for new glasses. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

- Our team will approve
- You will receive shipping label on email. ( Note: For Frames only buyer pays for return)
- Ship the product
- Once received, refund will be issued, including original shipping cost paid by the customer.

Once we receive your returned item, processing typically takes 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Your order will be delivered within 7 - 14 business days.

Unfortunately we cannot modify the shape, only replicate what is provided.

Once your order is placed and frame are received, please allow 4 business days from the time we receive your prescription and pupillary distance (PD) for production.
Every order undergoes a thorough quality check before shipping. While most orders are completed on time, some may require additional processing to ensure everything meets our high standards.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Note: Orders with high prescriptions or sports/performance frames may take a bit longer due to specialized processing.

There is a small window where changes can be made to the order. Please reach out to customer service email listed below with any changes as soon as possible. Any modification made after the lenses have been processed by the lab will be subject to a 40 % modification fee, as well as the cost difference for a package of greater value. Please allow for additional time for your order to be completed if there are adjustments made.

Lenses are discarded unless customer requests them to be shipped back while placing order.

You may cancel your lens replacement order anytime before it enters processing at our lab.
Once the order is in production, a 25% cancellation fee will apply as lenses are custom-made and cannot be reused.
